I blend pen and ink, watercolors, and acrylics to create whimsical characters brimming with movement and narrative.

Drawing from my background in modern dance and improv comedy, I explore the fine line between comedy and tragedy, capturing humorous and profound moments.

My love for art was shaped early on. Growing up in a home filled with eclectic pieces collected by my parents, who appreciated innovative styles and themes, I was surrounded by books on both historical and contemporary art from around the world. I developed a deep appreciation for artistic expression.

I also find inspiration in the work of musical artist David Byrne, modern dance pioneer Isadora Duncan, composer Heitor Villa-Lobos, and improv theater educator Viola Spolin, all of whom influence my creative vision.
